Can I use my own AI provider?
Paid plans support included AI or your own OpenAI or Claude key. With your own key, provider usage is billed directly to you.
Is my data and my visitors' data safe?
We're upfront about what's stored: your knowledge sources and chat transcripts, nothing more. Your own AI provider key is encrypted at rest, and removing a knowledge source deletes its content for good. See our privacy page for the full picture.
Will it work on my website?
Add the Minaya embed to your website. The widget supports common platforms including WordPress, Shopify, React and standard HTML sites. The installation guide walks through setup.
Does Minaya book meetings automatically?
She can capture a visitor's details and preferred time on paid plans. Your team follows up to confirm; it is not a direct calendar booking.
